Chicken Di Parma

From the kitchen of Linda D'Orta Endellicate, Las Vegas, NV

Whole cut up chicken 6-8 pieces, bone in skin on. Place in baking pan skin side up. Spread spoonfuls of SDP on each piece of chicken. Then sprinkle with seasoned breadcrumbs. Baked at 400* for 45 minutes. If using boneless chicken reduced time to 20 minutes. Linda claims this works well on pork chops as well.! Bon Appetito.....

Farm Fresh Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce

Saute' fresh tomatoes, basil ,olive oil, Salsa Di Parma and a dollop of ricotta and toss with you favorite pasta.
